  Really bad attention to the costumer. I waited in the queue until it was my turn and then the lady left me talking alone while she was going to attend a Dutch costumer... I don't know if it's some kind of discrimination or it just bad education but it's not the first time. After a few minutes waiting she called one of her colleagues to help me, what he did not. He just he couldn't help me, told me I had to call post.nl for my problem and immediately started looking at the next costumer in the line. It's really shameful and I won't come back for sure
