  I received great service here. They were unable to change my lock because my door is very old. In the end they offered to find someone who could copy the very old key that came with the door, which i hadn't been able to get copied at any of the regular stores i tried.

  I used De Slotenwacht to replace an existing front door lock. I used their web form yesterday and was contacted by email and arranged an appointment for today, the whole process was extremely painless. The guy that turned up was on time, very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job with the new lock and left the place clean and tidy. I highly recommend this company and would use them again if the need arises. Many thanks
