  Terrible experience today. I walk in with order number, parcel description, European ID card and 3 other forms of ID and they tell me i can't pickup my parcel without a passport. They don't even bother to look at my other IDs and one of the rudest men I've ever met (glasses and grey hair) wouldn't even let me speak to ask if my parcel was in store. Avoid.

  It would be nice, if for once a package arrives at the confirmed time. I think the post service is a service which consumers should be able to trust. But instead, packages are not delivered but can't also be found at the post station, although an e-mail clearly states, that it was delivered that day. Great work! Thanks.
