  Car never opened ...we called customer service but they could not do anything about it...we had to cancel ...they did not offer anything in return. Go to competitor !!

  Worthless and unreliable company, just withdraw money from your account without having a car ready for it and then also dare to send you a false message ... that I would have canceled it. This was not the 1st time that something like this happened, but it was certainly the last time. I would say leave those 'shared cars' on their own ... or you must like stress.
