::Car never opened ...we called customer service but they could not do anything about it...we had to cancel ...they did not offer anything in return. Go to competitor !!

::Worthless and unreliable company, just withdraw money from your account without having a car ready for it and then also dare to send you a false message ... that I would have canceled it. This was not the 1st time that something like this happened, but it was certainly the last time. I would say leave those 'shared cars' on their own ... or you must like stress.
