::People that work there think they are somehow better than other Brazilians which go there and need their help. It is a shame you can't feel welcome and "at home" at your own country's consulate. Seriously, Dutch and American consulates treat you with much more dignity than they do.

Preparei toda a documentaĆ§Ć£o, enviei os documentos por email para saber se estavam corretos, no mesmo dia recebi um ok do consulado em relaĆ§Ć£o a documentaĆ§Ć£o. Marquei uma hora, compareci no consulado na hora marcada e 1 hora e meia depois jĆ” tinha tudo resolvido. Muito Obrigada
