  Ik ben erg goed geholpen door Roy (storemanager geloof ik). Mijn smartwatch functioneerde niet naar behoren. Zelfs na bijna een jaar nadat ik het horloge gekregen had, kreeg ik een nieuwe. Het mooiste van alles was nog: Ik had geen aankoop bewijs, maar nog wel een mail waar het een en ander in stond. Dit was al voldoende om een vervangend toestel te krijgen. En ik kreeg de nieuwste generatie mee omdat mijn oude horloge niet meer verkrijgbaar was.

  A bad experience, again, with this fossil store. I have requested a replacement band for my watch (showing the band I wanted to be replaced, brown). They managed to order the wrong band. This can happen, but the bigger issue became the staff's attitude. Apparently I, as customer, should have reminded the staff that the band to-be-ordered was NOT the default band for the watch (which is a black band). The staff's complete abundance of any responsibility is astonishing. This shop & fossil might best be avoided until they manage to attract & train decent staff members.

  Very helpful and smiling staff. Good quality product for honest prices compared to many other shops in Amsterdam. I can't understand the negative reviews showed on Google maps...

  -Je wordt niet geholpen in het Nederlands -Je moet voor elk wissewatje betalen (nieuwe batterij: 10E, nieuw pinnetje: kan niet, moet opgestuurd worden, etc). In andere fossil stores was dit altijd gratis -Horloge laten repareren, na 2 maanden nog geen bericht of ie klaar is (zou binnen 4-6 weken gebeurd zijn)
