  I was willing to buy Rolex that was displayed on the window but the allegedly racist Japanese attended refused to let me in saying that the watch was not available. Further, when I asked which Rolex was available in my size and he also said none and was not willing to provide arrival date. Terrible service.

  I went there to look at some HYT Watches and left with buying a Rolex for my wife. Hector was a great sales assistant with a lot of knowledge and I enjoyed the time in there. Went back a week later to buy more watches and then even more. Great service and wide range of watches. Highly recommended store.

  While on a day trip (pre covid times) in Amsterdam we discovered an outside displayed watch we wanted to buy so we walked in (dressed casually with small backpacks and souvenir bags) to ask for assistance but were somehow ignored... After waiting and browsing inside for a while we decided to leave and continue our stay in Amsterdam. Some hours went by but nothing changed our desire to have a look at that watch which led us back to Gassan again. This time we were greeted by a very friendly staff member who assisted us with all our wishes and questions. We're happy that we went back and bought that watch there.

  Hi Gassan, I’d like to compliment Mr. Damien Lim for the great support. I must praise him, for his excellent support in helping me finding the ideal watch that suits my need. He took the time to present the right and relevant options, gave his honest recommendation of items that suits my search for the timepiece I need. Although I am still waiting for the right call, I would recommend the store and Mr. Damien for anybody who’s looking for honest and helpful service. You can be sure that I will get my dream watch in the coming months as I wait for the right piece to come. Tommy
