::What a horrible experience. Fabulous haircut? Yes! But, be careful of this (Master)mind trickster. With a bunch of charm & charisma, he manages to up the bill to twice it's size. My appointment was not with him, but with the "cheaper" stylist. After my hair was (99%) cut by her, Master Maik randomly, without asking, seemingly "on his own account", steps in and gives me a "3-scissors-act" circus-show cut. The joke is on me though as he surprisingly charges me hìs price of €49,50 (what should've been a €29,50 bill). Meanwhile with practiced babble he cleverly & constantly interrupted all my "cost" questions, whilst he by all means, tries to distract me by tactfully throwing in a "discount here and a free gift there". He even managed to throw in a "I am the best in Utrecht, voted by the ppl" a few times (loud enough for all the clients to hear). He also bulldozed me into having a hairmask. After a clear spoken "no thank you", what does he do? They put on a hairmask, then charged me €12,95 more. None of these prices are discussed in advance, but sneakily put on the bill afterwards. When asking why my bill is so big (it ended up being €62.45) he reminded me that he gave me a free gift & that he dìd cut my hair. He babbled some more about how he definitely ALWAYS discus prices with his clients before doing something. He suddenly has an answer for every question. He even uses the "you don't ask for an appetizer in the restaurant and then expect it to be free comparison". He mockingly laughed away my (bill)shock and then told me "I don't need your review darling I've got over the 700 clients in Utrecht". Such cockiness! By the way; you don't become "the best" by skilfully slandering your opposition. Through all his charming babble during the cut (of me and his actual client) he loudly tells us a few horror stories of how bad the hairdressers down the street are...how they burned a clients forehead off with ammonia etc. As far as I know that is defamation of character. I've got no respect for anyone who does that to another business just to win over more clients. You are truly only "the best" if you can respect your client aka not immediately try to suck them dry for as much as you can get. Thus, careful folks, you get more than what you came for. Don't go if you actually have a budget that you're living by.

::Ik raad deze salon zeker aan. Ik kwam voor knippen en een gezichtsbehandeling en ik ging met een ontzettend ontspannen gevoel de deur uit. Het personeel is heel professioneel en de eigenaar is echt een aangename persoon om een gesprek mee te voeren want hij neemt echt de tijd om elke klant dezelfde aandacht te geven. Voor mij was het een zeer geslaagde dag. Ik blijf zeker terugkomen!
