  HORRIBLE, IMPOLITE agency lacking any understanding of proper service where hanging up in the middle of a phone call is considered normal practice. It seems the objective of honest brokering is missing. I can only STRONGLY RECOMMEND TO STAY AWAY from this agency!!! Unfortunately it is impossible to give zero stars.

  Worst landlord company you can find in Maastricht, is there less than one star?! They try to charge you money for things you are not responsible for and make use of the fact that many foreign students rent their apartements who are not familiar with the Dutch law system and who are not insured in the Netherlands. You literally have the impression that they try to get the most money out of their properties and rip you off, just because they know foreigners do not know what is legal and illegal in the Dutch law system.

  Prettige communicatie en komen hun afspraken na. Ik herken me niet in de andere negatieve reviews. Voor mij is het een aanrader.

  Super DISAPPOINTING agency. They organise viewings for Appartement they do not even posses. They promised us a room which the landlord already rented !! Never ever again !! BAD EXPERIENCE !!!

  These lazy, useless jackasses screwed me over. I would have been better off living under a bridge. As soon as they have their fee, you don't exist to them, so anything you need them to do (show the room to a sublessor, get rid of trash from a previous resident) they will refuse to do. I got screwed over by them three years ago and I'm still mad about it. I wish I could leave zero stars. It's an embarrassment of a business.
