  Great location, classic architecture. Attended sneakers fair, easy to park, cool interior with great vide at the event.

  It's a national monument and interesting architectural space. Facilities for large events lack comfort though (e.g. heating).

  it houses a wide variety of media and design companies and is known as the Van Nelle Design Factory . Some of the areas are used for meetings, conventions and events.
