::We just booked two massages at the Andaz spa. Our massage therapist clearly was not a trained masseur, he just applied pressure with his hands on your back and shuffled sheets around. When we complained, the Andaz staff just shrugged and said they outsourced the service and they couldn't help and still charged us full price. Very disappointing.
