  The hotel staff is very courteous and exceptionally smiling .. Excellent service, delicious food, and very central .. The only drawback is that there is no car parking

  Mooi en net hotel! Personeel erg vriendelijk, vooral Naomi. Was erg behulpzaam en was heel erg vriendelijk en gastvrij.

  Front desk was nice..they spoke English and very good customer service. Will return and great breakfast service also. The only bad thing is the view from my room window wasn't good.

  Amazing hotel! A welcome drink on arrival and a great location (only 2 tram stops from central station). Friendly and professional staff that really helped us with local info, getting around and buying tickets.The room comes with a Handy mobile that allows you to make international calls, explore the guides for places to go and saves you from data and roaming charges. It's a good sized room for a city hotel, supplied with a coffee machine and ear plugs for light sleepers. Would recommend the Angus burger if you go for room service one night

  Loved it!!! The rooms were clean and spacious. The people were very very polite and helpful. Very good location and walking distance to a lot attractions. Breakfast was phenomenal my husband really enjoyed it!!!
