::Fantastic. I've done many cooking classes in many countries and this was one of the best. The food was incredible but achievable at home, Chef was friendly, interesting and willing to explain things again and again if we didn't understand. Each course is paired with wine and explained by a sommelier like you're really in the restaurant. Already looking forward to traveling back to Amsterdam so I can do another one.
