::Ik ben geweldig geholpen door Smits Installaties. We hadden een complexe lekkage in de verwarming waardoor er veel waterschade ontstond en 18 woningen in de kou kwamen te zitten. Ondanks diverse bijkomende problemen hebben monteurs Tim en Julian zich vastgebeten in het probleem en door gezet tot alles was opgelost.

::I had a horrendous experience with them. They are among the biggest scoundrels you can possibly ever encounter. They find devious means to get money from you even though if they don't deliver the services. Their technicians can't be trusted nor their call centers as they will find every means to check you of your money. I had a water blockage in my kitchen . It was re-occuring every 3-4 months. To fix this proble I called up my VVE . My VVE gave me the reference of Smits Installaties B.V, to find out the root cause of the problem. I then called the call center of Smits Installatie BV and explained the issue which I was facing with my water blockage in the kitchen. The lady at the call center gave me an appointment of next morning. The technician arrived next morning as per the appointment. After his arrival he asked from which point the water is not coming ? I explained to him that I have a problem with water blockage in the kitchen and the water is coming just fine. So the problem is in the outlet and not inlet of water. He said that in that case he can't help as he did not bring the equiment for removing blocakge. After this convesation he called someone from his department and then after speaking something in dutch, handed over the phone to me. I explained everything which had happend to the person on the other side of the call. The person agreed that indeed there is some miscommunication from their end and if I want services for the water blockage then I can take a new appointment again to fix the problem. I agreed on that and told him as this number was given from my VVE association so I will check with them and if they will pay for this issue, if yes then I will call them back. Before leaving the house, the guy asked me to sign a paper(written in dutch). I asked him what is written on this paper. He informed me that the note just says that he just same over to my place so that he can show it in their office. Its NOT and invoice or anything like that. I checked with my association to check if they will cover the expenses. They said as this issue is inside the house they wont cover the expenses for fixing the problem. Thus I didnot callback Smit installatie B.V and opted for other company providing similar services. For few months I didnot hear anything from Smits Installatie B.V. And then I get a bill of some 94,08 euros for doing absolutely nothing. I wrote them quite a number of emails to clarify the whole situation. But no one from Simts installatie B.B responded to my mails. The only thing which I got from them is the signed paper which the technician had got my signature on. The only thing which I receive from them now is the invoices and ridiculous terms and conditions that I have to pay them interest penalties for the services which I never took from them. So this harrasment from Smits installatie B.V has been going on for a while now.

::de eerder geplaatste recensie is onjuist en ik heb deze geplaatst uit boosheid. ik bied smits installatiebedrijf hiervoor ook mijn excuus!

::Wanbedrijf. Vooral niet met deze mensen in zee gaan! Wat een oplichterij. Na een lekkage komt een loodgieter langs om te kijken, waarbij hij concludeert dat de lekkage 'wellicht' bij de buren zit. Buren helaas niet thuis. Loodgieter is welgeteld tien minuten binnen geweest, maar wij worden vervolgens gefactureerd voor een uur (à €51) , exclusief voorrijkosten (à €25). Vervolgens gebeld om de situatie uit te leggen en om wat coulance te vragen, krijg ik doodleuk het antwoord "wij rekenen altijd het eerste uur voor elk probleem, dit staat op de website". Kortom - oplichters eerste klas. Van mij mogen ze zichzelf door het toilet spoelen.
