::Sixt has to really work on their customer service. I hired a car and left my phone in the car and it was a nightmare trying to get in touch with someone who could open the car. Had to wake up early and go to the car in the morning without knowing if someone would ve there or not. Luckily, the person who comes to check the car the other day was there and I could take back my phone. Terrible customer service!

::At first I thought that this app-only rental station is fun to use. You reserve the car, drive away and easy return the car. At my first rental, that was the case. All good. At the second rental, I got a dirty car, the car park registration did not recognize the car and it took them 5 minutes to let me out. Upon returning, I forgot something in the car. But once you closed it, you cannot reopen it. There is nobody to call for help. The next day I called them and I got the answer that, if they found something they will call me. Otherwise not. Than I got he bill and I got charged 100km more than I drove. So I had to call them again. Until now I did not get my lost item back (a bike battery), did not hear about the overcharged kilometres. That is something I would not expect from a premium car rental agency. MyWheels is much better and cheaper than this place. And if you need a car go to Avis.
