::Serre is one out of four restaurants in the Amsterdam Okura hotel - the simplest with "only" a Bib-Gourmand recommendation from Michelin. They serve a really good four course menu for 60 Euros including wine, water, bread and tea and coffee - a real bargain! They have outdoor seating as well for good weather. Atmosphere very relaxed an service outstanding and very friendly. Warmly recommended!

::Went for a quick lunch. Relaxed atmosphere with nice view of Canal. Very friendly staff and delicious food. Definitely worth opting for the Bib-gourmand menu!

::i'm sorry if I'm vegetarian. The waiter rolled his eyes when I've answered him that I don't eat fish as well -- which is normal on a truly vegetarian diet. After deciding to leave, one of the staff members had the guts to tell me: 'good luck'. If you're vegetarian, just go to the Japanese place next to it. Incredibly and surprising vegetarian course for a an affordable price. Well done Serre staff.
