::De kamer was erg smerig. Bedwantsen in het bed , overal haren op de grond. Schimmel bij het hoofdeinde van het bed. De badkamer was vies. Totaal niet schoon.

::The staff are very rude and very unfriendly and would lie to us about available rooms and reservations. Prices locally and on website are different and the staff was trying to overcharge us. the room did not have a working air conditioner in a 30 degree weather. The shower head was broken. Some lights in the room did not work. I would definitely NOT recommend this hotel to anyone. Find yourself a hostel instead you would a better chance of getting a nicer place with nicer staff.

::If you want to have a nice night in a comfortable clean hotel, DO NOT GO HERE! I was visiting Amsterdam early March this year and as I am on the 7th month pregnancy, I wanted to have a warm comfortable sleep, so I chose a hotel over hostel. I’m still regretting... With -4 degrees outside they have me a room with a BROKEN HEATING, so in the room it was at best +10 degrees! I refused to stay there, providing it put my health and the health of my unborn child in danger, and asked for replacement. It turned out everything in the hotel was already taken, and the service was even “surprised” how come I could book a room since they had 4 ROOMS WITH DEFECTS and yet they rented it out to me!!! TOTAL SCAM! The manager didn’t bother helping either, after my stay I sent several claims - no reply, no apology. NOTHING! Being pregnant, at night, paid 140 eur for a night and having nowhere to sleep - this is where I was left eventually.. The hotel itself is very old and definitely shouldn’t be used anymore at all, especially with this kind of attitude. I’m very disappointed.. never had anything like this in my life.

::We went over new year and were glad to find accommodation. The Savoy is ideally located within walking distance from the Heineken experience, the canal boats and the bus station. Our room needed some initial maintenance such as globes not working but this was promptly sorted out. We received value for money and enjoyed the stay.

::Отель расположен достаточно удачно, рядом есть остановки основных трамвайных маршрутов. В хорошую погоду можно прогуляться пешком, до центра примерно минут 25 ходьбы. В отеле нет рум-сервиса. В номере не будет чайника. За чаем/кофе/водой необходимо ходить в бар. Удивил персонал: менеджер с ресепшн занимался не только вопросами гостей, но и вопросами ресторана. По утрам люди толпами стояли у стойки и ждали заселения/выселения. В номерах холодно, зато есть кондиционер, у нас он работал круглосуточно. На хорошую уборку не рассчитывайте. Выносят мусор, меняют полотенца, застилают кровать. Мы все 4 дня прожили без мыла, его никто даже не проверил. Ванная была откровенно нечистая. Влажной уборки не было ни разу. Не работал телефон. И, судя по пыли возле проводов, не работает он очень давно, и это никто не проверял. Русских каналов по телевизору нет. Перед отъездом очень долго ждали такси: сначала менеджер отвлеклась на беседу и забыла вызвать, потом ждали вместо 5 минут - 15. Совет - из этого отеля вызывать такси накануне на конкретное время. Очень удивили такие 4 звезды в Европе.
