  I bought shoes from Sacha, after 5 months they were damaged. The shoes were guaranteed for 6 months. Sacha was happy to replace my shoes with a new pair of your choice.

  I often feel so peeped by the saleswomen in this store. If you are fitting shoes, they will stay close to you to see how you slide the shoe on your foot. Fetish or something? A training 'the customer and his personal space' would be a good one. And why on earth put 3 saleswomen on a 20m2 shop?
