  We used Woonmodern to do remodelling in our basement and fix a room that was damaged due to a water leak. The work was carried out over a period of five weeks and included changing room layouts, adding doors, adding heating radiators and ventilation, moving plumbing, adding build-in lighting, plastering and painting, as well as removing and fixing damaged walls. Overall we liked their process. We worked with them to explore options and draw up the final plans, before proceeding with the actual work. The offer was very detailed leaving little to no room for additional surprises. This gave us confidence no required work was forgotten en we could stay within budget. The workers were friendly and helpful. They delivered high quality results, matching the quality of our existing house. They communicate ideas or changes up front and care about the final details. Communication with Woonmodern is easy through WhatsApp, also outside office hours or in the weekend. Every day after coming home from work we would be able to discuss observations and progress with Woonmodern in this way, so we could make small changes for the next day. Overall we recommend Woonmodern looking to do any serious high quality work.

  Eigenaar heeft een agressieve houding, met name als je toch van een aankoop of verbouwing af wil zien. Geen plezierige partij, ook al lijkt het heel wat te zijn.

  Vanaf binnenkomst in de showroom goed en vakkundig geholpen bij ons renovatie project. Nieuwe indeling gerealiseerd met oa verplaatsing van de keuken (tekeningen van hun eigen binnenhuisarchitect), nieuw plafond, volledige nieuwe electra en leidingen, fraaie badkamer, nieuwe vloer, etc etc. Woonmodern neemt alle zorgen uit handen en neemt het gehele project van A tot Z over. Bij enige discussie altijd makkelijk benaderbaar in de showroom en altijd gekomen tot een passende oplossing. Ze kunnen veel producten zelf leveren zodat in samenspraak met de binnenhuisarchitect een fraai eindresultaat kan worden geleverd. Al met al zeer tevreden!

  Woonmodern is just hiring polish people and take a premium on the price. Very bad experience as they are not in control as they do not do their work but delegate to others. They promise to give you a good experience and take all the work out of hands but is just nonsense. We had a lot of issues during our renovation and they were not cooperative. We really felt fooled by them. So my advice, do not go there or only if you want to get ride of your money and pay top prices for bad experience.

  We contacted Woonmodern when our rather large flat became unpractical to share in the absence of a bedroom: it was a rather major project on a small scale that was not particularly easy to maneuver. As an interior architect, Woonmodern was inspiring: the new floor plan was extremely ambitious and creative, involving the creation of a whole new kitchen, with a central isle and a million practical cabinets as well as integrated dish-washer, washing machine, oven, fridge etc. A new bathroom was also invented out of nowhere at all, leaving space for the wonderful separate bedroom that we never had. The renovation involved major electrical and gas works, the building of an elevated podium, new wood floors and a massive new paint job. The team reduced the house to a skeleton and put it back together again in less than 3 months. The result is amazing. The team's attention to details was remarkable and the coordination was perfect.
