  I rented an apartment from this company. They seized my deposit more than the legal deadline. Even though I handed over the apartment with the same condition how I got it. They charged me with the smallest things they found. One was a stain on the mattress which they wanted to replace with a new one. I didn't do that stain during my tenancy, just I didn't check it before entering the apartment so I couldn't prove otherwise. Finally, they deducted 500 euros from my deposit. What they did was unethical and it's basically robbery. Do not rent an apartment from here if possible. Or take pictures of everything in the apartment so that they can not find excuses to take your money.

  Very good experiences all around. Myself and my girlfriend are extremely happy with our apartment, and the whole process was smooth. Martin, our contact was a nice guy and very helpful, and made the whole process easy. Would recommend.

  Martin was able to get our apartment rented in a rather difficult market for 1-bedroom apartments. We were pleased with his communication and his level of responsiveness. We were never in the dark about what was happening (or not happening). He was clear about what to expect every step of the way, and was thorough with his follow through.

  Marcus was really helpful with the whole process of renting our apartment. Always answering super fast for any doubts, always available & really showing a great deal of care about details in all steps of the process.   We would like to highly recommend Property manager Amsterdam. We were searching for a good apartment and Martin from PMA helped us a great deal in finding one. He was extremely responsive and professional and made the entire check in process seamless. He made us comfortable and also took the extra step for showing the apartment through a video call during the pandemic. Overall great experience.
