  Not friendly at all When I didn't understand how I should prepare the package, they just stand there not saying any words until I kept asking then they just said you have to do all yourself and pointed me the tape they sale. I don't know if they are going to scan or anything for record. Really unfriendly.

  Friendly staff at Primera, packages arrive early, very accessible.
