  i have sent my luggage 2 months ago and it still to arrive. they cannot contact me to say what happened, just everyday tell me to be patient. i had 25 kilos of clothes inside and i had to spend all my savings to buy new clothes. AVOID THIS COMPANY. better throw your luggage in a canal there are more chances that maybe some day it will arive to your destination ;) ZERO stars dont give money to this company

  Staat vaak een kar met post in de winkel en het zoeken van pakketten lukt soms niet of duurt wat langer. Volgens mij is het ruim voor de post iets te klein.

  Bij Bruna liet ik mijn kenteken overzetten, en zij verzuimden om mijn rijbewijs terug te geven. Pas na een maand hebben ze het terug gevonden. Slechte service en ondeskundig personeel.
