  I have been tempted to post a review before, but I didn't assuming it was a bad day. However this morning I found more of the same, so it is time. The employees I found working in this places are rude and clueless. (not saying all the ones working here are, but most of the ones I have come across happen to be) Worst service in the city. Not coming back for sure

  Theres an older lady who works there who is one of the rudest people Ive met/served me. Every time I've been there she either ignores customers whilst 'cleaning' or finds as many challenges to simple asks as she can find. A simple transaction just isnt possible with her. Horrible women and horrible experience as a consequence.

  Nice staff and unlike several PostNL Package Points, they are quite fast here. Also a handy range of office supplies and cards, for example.

  Not helpful and thereby unfriendly staff. The lady in question did not know which number to enter in the system to return my order. It was about; "a foreign address." As a result, she simply decided to refuse my package, she did not want to give advice about another post office either. This forced me to search packed Amsterdam for another postNL address.
