::THIS PLACE NEEDS TO SHUT DOWN. Several of my packages went missing here over the last 2 years, and every time, I had to go through really nasty treatment from the shopkeepers of this place and I have hated this place, but now after reading other reviews, I am surprised that they have actually been causing so so many problems to customers for so many years! I have had countless unbelievably terrible experiences there that I actually had to tell my friends and family abroad to STOP ever sending me packages, because it just leads to so much trouble with these guys. I also stopped making online purchase unless they have a DHL or other delivery options than Post.nl ! Just in April - June this year, I made 3 online purchases from overseas during the Covid-19 stay-home period, and all 3 of them went missing at this post office, although the tracking records showed that they were at this post office. They kept saying they didnt have them and they're not going to help and I just had to check with the Sender... like how can the Sender help from overseas?! After weeks and weeks and spending hours and hours on a call with Post.NL, I had no choice but to give up for all these items. They were never found. Last year, I had a few packages sent by my family abroad, and each and every single one of them had trouble receiving. A couple of times, they told me they don't have them, when I could clearly see the package on their shelf with my name written on it, I was pointing and saying 'That is it! it's right there!' but they told me I am not allowed to step in to look at their shelves! Eventually I had to argue 'That is my name in my mother's handwriting!' and they handed it to me in an extremely rude way. This happened a couple times. Another time, again, I could see that the tracking said it was at this post office, but I never received any notice or any failed delivery slip, so I went there and asked to check if they had it there. Again, I could see it was on their shelf, but they refused to give me the package because I didn't have the slip! So I kept asking, I didn't get the slip, but it's right there, what can we do about it?! I asked them to just give it to me, but they refused, and said I need to call Post.nl customer center... eventually the item was just sent back to Sender. Can you believe that?! Other times, the tracking said the package was at this place, but again, I didn't receive any slip or notice, and I just went there to ask about it, with my tracking number, but they just didn't help at all and said they don't have anything and they can't check and when I argued they should at least check, they shouted at me to leave the shop. ...All I wanted was to receive my package...!! These are just a few cases, but I have had such terrible experience here every single time I had a package to be received. Now that I see reviews from other people with similar experiences, I really hope Post.NL will do something about this place.

::PostNL confirmed they are stealing packages. They tell you the barcode is not working or they cannot find it. Happened twice. 1st parcel went missing and never received it. PostNL told me that it's likely the shop took it as it was delivered here and not returned to senders address. 2nd time they tried to tell me they could not find it. I told them that my last package went missing here too and i reported it to PostNL he looked again and found my parcel in 2 seconds. They are clearly stealing packages and i have had to report it again. Be careful here.

::They sent back my package to the sender after 6 days whereas the policy is they should hold it for at least 7 days. They also incorrectly advised me i could fix the issue by calling PostNL. PostNL was unable to help and my package was sent back to the US. Try to avoid this place if you can.

::owner refused to give me my special delivery package without an extra payment and then physically assaulted me when I attempted to take it and leave the store, as his withholding this package was illegal. police had to be called. I cannot believe this place is in business.

::DO NOT USE THIS POST OFFICE!!!! this man is a massive thief!! I’ve posted things and they’ve come back to my address because he hasn’t attached any stamps. And when I dispute it with him he says it’s not his fault. What a crook. And very rude too.
