  Staff simpático e acolhedor mas ficam a perder ao nível da limpeza. A grande vantagem deste hotel é ficar numa zona muito central.

  TERRIBLE. PERSONAL NEFASTO. El hotel es un hotel pequeño, sin más, sin lujos ni nada bonito, pero en las habitaciones se está bien y hay lo justo y necesario. El personal es ESPANTOSO. Hay una tía en la recepción que no sabe tratar con clientes. Sacan garantia de 50€ por persona que todavía no nos han devuelto (dijeron que la devovlerían a las 12 y NO AVISAN EN LA WEB). Cobran toda la estancia antes de llegar aunque en tu reserva digan que no. TAMPOCO AVISAN DE ELLO. Hay que salir a las 11 y a las 10:30 ya te vienen a picar a la puerta para avisar de que salgas (tambien la as 10:45 y a las 10:55) porque nO HAY TELEFONO. EXPERIENCIA HORRIBLE POR EL PERSONAL PESADO, TONTISIMO, DESENTRENADO Y MAS TONTO QUE UN ZAPATO. NUNCA MAS. Shitty place to stay shitty personnel, the girl in the front office was so rude and dumb she charged 50euros per person as a guarantee, and knocked on the door (no phone on the room), half an hour before check-out time to tell us to leave in half an hour. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE. JUST DO NOT GO.

  Stayed at City Hotel for five days in September 2017 with my wife and three teenage kids. The location could not be in a better part of town, right on Rembrandt square, close to everything including the tram. Takes 15 min to walk to the central rail station. Staff were very friendly and helpful with everything. Prices are very good here. If your traveling with a group of 4 or 5 this is the place! No matter what size your group is, this is the place. Tons of really great restaurants in the neighborhood as well as coffee shops. Your are in the heart of the city, everything is within a short walk, museums ,Ann Frank House. Rooms are clean, great water pressure. Do yourself a favor and book here!!!!!

  Excelente. Inmejorable la situación en la ciudad. Elegante, limpio. MUY BUEN PRECIO ( 25 euros noche ).
