::The Oosterdok is a sturdy and wide water of a former inner harbor of old Amsterdam. The IJtunnel goes underneath and on top of the tube lies the NEMO museum in the middle of the water. The Oosterdok also provides a connection between the water of the IJ and the Amsterdam-Rhine Canal and also to the Amstel, via the Nieuwe Herengracht.
