  Not great for a business hotel of this category. My room was prepaid so I couldn't charge anything from the restaurant or bar to my room without first opening a tab by registering my credit card - reception should have mentioned this at check-in but didn't. The staff in the restaurant kept forgetting our order and seemed poorly trained, although had a very pleasant manner. It became a bit of a joke at our table. The hairdryer in my room was broken - of course this became apparent once I got out the shower. They did bring a replacement but it meant I dried my hair with cold air. And then they forgot to send me my bill by email and when I phoned a week later to request it, the woman who answered was rather rude and patronizing, as if I hadn't searched my email properly or given them the wrong address. Despite the fact I was receiving plenty of marketing emails which I had specifically declined to receive! Not sure I would return, there are other hotels close to our Amsterdam offices which are cheaper and provide a better service.

  This hotel is nice. It’s near a station, but if you aren’t a fan of walking, the distance going back and forth could be tiresome. It’s a bit out by itself so this isn’t really a destination hotel. The rooms are small, but suffice. The beds are just ok, I would say standard European style. Overall, the price seemed to be right for the hotel and the location.

  Love this hotel have stayed there for 2 nights with girls. Staff very friendly couldn't cheque us in gave us a drink voucher to have at the bar while we were waiting. Tram across the road! Beautiful hotel and rooms are very nice too! :) Awsome

  We just stayed for 2 nights, and we used the hotel just to sleep. Overall it was a good accommodation. The only negative point was the parking. We went on a weekend holiday, and the receptionist told us the value for the parking was 24€ a day, a little bit expensive by the way, for a place that does not take responsibility if something happens. But in the outside parking, because it was sunday and the next a holiday was a free parking, and in the normal day was only 14€ per day. And that was never mentioned to us. Next time we will now and won't be need to pay anything extra.

  Close to the ring highway around Amsterdam but still kind of central and close to the RAI, this hotel aims at business travelers primarily. The rooms are functional, not too well lit and offer most things a business traveler needs such as desk, coffee maker, iron and ironing board. Bathrooms feature a bath tub. Some rooms need refurbishment; word is that the rooms in the A tower have been modernized recently. The lifts can reach their capacity easily on days with a lot of check outs. Taxis are always available.
