  I am a very pleased and happy customer. I felt very welcome when I entered the shop from the charming lady at the reception, which in the end she gave me a very good lesson with a lot of humor, aboit how not my bike to get stolen and I thank her for that. Even without any appointment and no matter how busy they were they did not refuse to help me with my problem on my e-bike. Mark is an amazing mechanized with a lot of experience and knowledge. He found the problem almost immediately and he fixed it permantly and I am greatuful for that. I strongly recommend Marc bike for your service. THANKS GUYS. See you soon.

  This place is shocking. Lady at the front is just in another planet of rude, the people in the back are no better, and prices are out of this world expensive. Ill make your life easier you want a good quality quick bike repair with decent customer service and prices go to decathlon its a 2 minute walk from Marc bike shop and worth every step. Its too bad they dont allow you to put stars in the negative. I guess a one star rating will do...

  Very friendly people, they helped me to find the perfect bike for me. I even got the front rack done in no time and at the endlich of the day. Thanks Mildred and Marc (he even speaks german)!

  Very helpful and friendly staff. Had my backwheel replaced here a month ago. Only 90 euro for a drum break wheel replacement which is significantly cheaper than the competition at bijlmer arena. It was done in two hours, i could pick the bike up later that afternoon. I runs very smooth now and its a good quality wheel. Also for buying other supplies such as inner tires they are very helpful.

  My friend and I arrived at Amsterdam Arena late in the afternoon, and spent some time trying to find the secure bike parking. Mildred was outside the shop, and asked if she could help us. She really looked after us - escorted us into the bike park; showed us how to work the barrier, and even offered to lend us a lock if we needed it. We would have had so much more trouble without her, and we were extremely grateful. I would definitely use te shop if I was in th area again.
