::The service in store used to be wonderful. They used to be my go-to place for the champagne. When we tried the online order, we were hugely disappointed. First, they offered delivery for Jacques Selosse bottle by post. Later offered even a better option: by bike. So that it all shakes and gets to us in who knows which state. They were refusing non-Dutch Amex or Visa. Agreed about the payment and delivery by car via phone call, next day, anticipating a beautiful celebration we got a notification about fraud suspicion from them, we called Visa and Amex and they haven’t even seen any attempts of a transaction. I tried contacting Martijn, who helped me to make the order and never heard back from him. Extremely spoiled experience.
