  By mistake I payed double for a language course. Jules acknowledged and promised to retransfer the money. This process however takes more than 6 weeks however without any transparency on reasons why it takes so long. They promised the money would be back 2 weeks after the mistake, still nothing.

  Sidney helped me very well in finding a new tenant for my apartment. Within less than a week, he found one. He was always available to talk and delivered as promised! Thanks a lot Sidney and Jules.

  I have been a member for the past three years. When I had questions I was always able to come by or sent an email and Jules' staff would do their best to help me. Great student support!
