  Jeroen guided me in my career research. Here we started to explore in an open way what I am looking for in my dream job. In Jeroen's sessions I was able to share a lot and I got a good idea of ​​the content of my dream job. I also learned other tools that I can use in this research. It was nice to start the sessions with a short meditation session.

  In a year's time Jeroen has given me insight into my behavior and thinking patterns and how I took these with me through life. Starting with a short meditation session, themes could be discussed at a deeper layer that arose at that time. I learned to let go of old patterns that do not support me and / or change into patterns that now support me in a positive way. Its authenticity and integrity provide a safe place to discuss what needs to be discussed at the time. In addition, Jeroen also helped me to regain focus and vision in what I want to get out of life.

  Jeroen has guided me in getting the rest of my career clear. His guidance has been of great value to me.   I have had coaching conversations with Jeroen for 2 years. After my burnout, I was looking for a job that would really make me happy. The conversations with Jeroen went much deeper than the work surface alone. They have made an important contribution to how I view myself and the world. Jeroen taught me to stand in my power from relaxation and to actually embrace who I am. With his open questions, wise words and the mirror that he held out to me, I could really go into the depths. Thanks to Jeroen I learned to grow from self-confidence and I became more aware of who I am and want to be compared to what I got from my parents' house. I now know that I am good enough. I can give myself better and better what I need. Because every session started with a short meditation, I was more aware and felt present. Changing methods such as voice dialogue, value analyzes and visualisations have also given me a lot of insight. In addition to the coaching sessions, the biweekly meditation evenings were a valuable addition. The Healthy Self-love course that I took with Jeroen also provided me with many new tools to take good care of myself. I look back on a rich and deepening two years. Many thanks for that Jeroen! I can warmly recommend Jeroen. If you want to further develop yourself on a personal or professional level. If you are willing to really look inside to get to know yourself better, I recommend a number of sessions with Jeroen.

  I liked Jeroen since the first moment that we talked on the phone. I felt listened, understood and safe. Ever since I had the same feeling every time we met. Our sessions were a space to stop, to reflect, to listen. The tools that we used were always very useful, including guided meditations, journaling and drawing. I now feel stronger and more confident not only in my thoughts but also in my actions. Jeroen showed me different ways in which I can stay connected to myself as a way to connect with the world around me.
