  Yes, where do I start? The management before Iris took over this from our VvE was based on good intentions, poor maintenance and tensions that bubbled up here and there, despite all good intentions. The day that Iris management took over this for a large part from us was a good day. So much has happened and improved in the meantime, it would not have seemed successful without them. I am now also a board member myself and I really have nothing to complain about. Nothing! Just praise and I'm not exaggerating. Seriously, really great! As far as I'm concerned it couldn't be better!

  We have heard from our new manager (Iris VvE Beheer) that a negative review has been posted by one of our members. In collaboration with Iris VvE Beheer, we have finally got rid of our old manager. We would not have saved this without all the help and effort of Iris VvE Beheer. We absolutely do not recognize ourselves in this negative review.   They almost never answer the phone or call back after they promise to do so.
