  Upon arrival the hotel looked good and we were excited for our stay in Amsterdam, the staff were friendly and welcoming. However the stay in the hotel was terrible, there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom, the bathroom door didn't lock, the shower cubicle was tiny and could barely fit in there. The hotel was dark and not well lit.
