::Very poor customer service in the MAC beauty section, Very racist comments and lack of knowledge of Asian skin tones.Seems like they didn't know what customer satisfaction is. The customer gets to choose which product they would like to buy and not the product that the sales person like. Over all bad experience with the customer service. The quality of MAC products are excellent and Hudson's Bay has good collection.

::Bit boring warehouse. It was not bad but it does not offer anything interesting that other departement stores do not have. Just overpriced clothing and make-up you can also find at the bijenkorf.

::Took over from bankrupt Dutch department store V&D. Unfortunately, not very well. Same upscale products as the existing Dutch department store De Bijenkorf (across the street), and it appears to be equally or more expensive. I really don't see the added value. Would have preferred a Kaufhof or Inno (the German and Belgian formulas of the same mother company with products of excellent quality and a wide range of prices). Alas; we got a store that we basically already had, as if no market research was done. I don't predict a bright future for this store.

::That's a great place to go shopping. On the roof there is a la place, perfect place for a coffee and a small bite.

::Used to be a great department store. Things which worked well have been REDUCED (clothing, office supplies, restaurant); thing which didn't work well have been INCREASED (kitchen equipment etc). Thus going opposite of the customers, the store is now visited much less. Addendum: 1600 sunday and NO food in the restaurant any more. No surprise they have no customers...
