  A payment was taken in full for a cancelled (two weeks in advance) stay in Amsterdam. A credit was offered but probably wont be able to use, as a trip like this takes a couple years of savings and planning to undertake. No proactive communication, and then offered a response that 'you are ONLY obliged to refund customers from China, Iran and Italy'. No love for Canada? Looking for a hotel recommendation if you plan on going to Amsterdam? AVOID the Hotel Mosaic Amsterdam

  Situated at a very ideal location within Amsterdam. Plenty of shops around. Short walking distance to many attractions, like museum, red light district, cruise etc. Provided parking with additional charge. simple yet tasty breakfast included. Definitely recommend.

  Far from the noisy busy center, this quiet hotel was just what we were looking for. The staff was quite amazing

  beautiful! the staff is super friendly and the rooms are very dainty and pretty and the those with the small balconies facing the canal- can't beat that! especially for this price. We walked 25 min walk to the anne frank museum and like 15 min walk to the center of the city - over all great great great !!!
