  Nice hotel, recently refurbished or renovated, very clean and bright rooms, no any bad smell like in other hotels, tea and coffee is inside rooms; very nice staff, location is also good, just 15-20 minutes walk from the city centre, but if you prefer public transport - around the corner is tram stop, metro. River is also not so far away. Recommend!

  Friendly personnel, and proactive in helping (taking luggage, offering drinks, map with locations etc) The rooms are basic, but not particularly small. Bathroom is a bit cramped but doable.. There is no elevator but if you need help with luggage the personnel will help. Location is simple to reach since Rotterdam is fairly well connected. If looking for the basics, which I was, this place is definitely a recommendation
