::I stayed with Eindhoven2Stay for 2 years in BD7, Studio 56 and Victoriapark. The experience was good and convenient in general and I was recommending it to my friends although in Victoriapark I was woke up at 7am every workday by the intense construction noise outside. However, I just had a terrible checkout experience which made me upset today. During the checkout last friday, I was told nicely that the cooking hood and the microwave needs some cleaning and the floor needs to be mopped so I signed the checkout form (which states what items are missing/damaged, what needs to be cleaned etc. with photos to justify them), which turned into a disaster: Today I received a notification that I was charged 4.5 hours which is an astonishing €133.43 for cleaning. Both my previous stays with Eindhoven2Stay had "only" 1.5 hours. I understand that Eindhoven2Stay has a strict cleaning policy and I appreciate it, but I am afraid this time it went too far. I requested an explanation for this 4.5 hours and I was told that in addition to the cleaning tasks which I agreed and signed, my electric stove also needs to be cleaned and there are "a lot of dust around" the furnitures (I cleaned every surface of all furnitures including the floor around and underneath them for hours). Both items are not mentioned verbally nor in the checkout form at all, there are no photos taken to justify them. So basically Eindhoven2Stay made an unilateral decision to charge me extra without any proof or my consent. I have posted this incident in the Victorapark residents group and ex-tenants have shared similar experiences with Eindhoven2Stay. I have to ask 4 times to file complaint and the response from the support staff is arrogant and impatient. Thus I regret to post this review to share my experience. I am very disappointed in the way how I was charged for extra cleaning without any justification or agreement, the communication after the incident was poor and I am upset about the impatient and bossy attitude from the Eindhoven2Stay's support.
