  Stayed two nights. Location close to city centre (very close to PSV stadium) Place was well furnished with good facilities. Spacious, with bedroom upstairs (up a narrow stair), living room downstairs together with a well stocked kitchenette. Breakfast well prepared, especially notable the freshly squeezed orange juice. Off street parking available. Host was friendly and helpful, and clearly wanting to do a good job. Only suggestion for improvement: to provide a box of tissue and may be more (better) soap
