  I have to list all the unpleasantness from your company just for this printer: 1) After I made the order for this printer, it took 1 month to get it, your company even could not find my order at all! 2) After 1 month, I received the printer, BUT, there were no power line and data wire with it! 3) In the end, I ordered another toner for later replacement, and together with the power line and data wire you left. 4) I tried all the ways to let the printer work but just failed. It was a broken one without a single use! And I spend time and delivery fee to send it back to your company for replacement. 5) Finally I got another printer and it printed properly after all the odds. But when I replace the new tonner your company supplied me together with the printer, it just did not fit in at all! I was really really mad about all these issues happened and tried to refill the empty tonner by this new tonner and which just stained the drum in the end. Just think about these unprofessional services your company provided.
