  Great selection of their products. Good quality furniture and decorations but expensive. Not the most helpful staff though so if you are looking for something it’s best to do your research before hand. There is also a cafe on the first floor which is nice.

  Fun place... lots selection... but one can find the same items for less through their retailers...

  It’s a shame that one of the HAY flagship stores has this HORRIBLE customer service. We bought a few furniture pieces and the process was painful. The employees believe they are indie rock stars instead of people that are selling furniture to customers. No smiles, no pleasure. If you want to buy HAY furniture, get it online. You will save yourself from dealing with a bunch of arrogant sellers.

  I’ve bought a very expensive desk and I have the same bad experience as Maria. Beautiful products, terrible service! It is truly embarrassing for a brand like Hay. I will never buy there again.
