  I was lucky to have my therapy with a professional therapist. I had my therapy after having an X-ray. The therapist spend quality time for proper analysis and diagnoses for the root cause of the pain. Nevertheless, my personal advice to anyone: Never go to therapy without either MRI or X-ray. Never surrender or submit yourself to the therapist without explaining what and why he will do
