::I don't want to belittle the awful experience of the previous reviewer in their experience with this ATM, and indeed not being issued with cash is a fundamental flaw in an ATM machine. My issue is that the ATM is located on a speeding tram. Not only was it difficult to get on the tram initially, but by the time I had done the necessaries and got some cash out of the ATM machine I found myself in a part of Amsterdam with which I was no longer familiar. After waiting for a return tram which never materialised I spent all the money I'd got from the ATM on taking a taxi back into the town centre. An expensive and frustrating way to spend an afternoon.

::DO NOT USE. The ATM will not notify you that it does not have cash in the machine, and it will allow you to withdraw money from it. However no cash will come out. You will still be charged the amount you wanted to withdraw plus the commission they charge you. When you call their phone number, they will tell you to contact your own bank to get your money back. Horrible experience as a traveler.
