  Some staff member with attitude and lack of empathy. You need to go multiple times to be taken serious. Twice wrong diagnosis without any test. First blame on stress then ops.. a neurosurgeon was needed. After last time I went to a different practice for second opinion.. they sent me right away get an ultrasound, then to ER.

  Making an appointment is always a hassle, no walk-ins, the online appointment system doesn't work(apparantly for a lot of patients), and long waits on the phone. I don't want to wait a week when I'm ill!

  no walk-ins, you constantly have different GPs and the assistants front desk make a lot of mistakes. Find a different GP!

  Takes for ever to get through when calling. Only got spots 2 weeks later. No walk-in-hours. It's never been a good GP but it's gotten even worse.

  Miss. Cory was extremely nice and welcoming. She used her ninja hands to remove my stitches, was over before I realized!
