  Waiting time is around 10 minutes when you have an appointment and 30 minutes without.

  Got everything I needed from them when I lived there. Staff tend to make assumptions about me. They assumed I was a student on my 1st visit. On another visit, they were very skeptical about me living alone and kept asking me whether or not the other name associated with the apartment (landlord) lived with me. I kept saying no... Lastly, I had the 30% ruling which allowed me to exchange my drivers license for a Dutch one. When I explained to the lady at the desk what I wanted, she kept saying "chineese rijbwijs?" and kept repeating it without looking at my California license until I explicitly told her I was American.
