  One of the best gyms around Amsterdam. I found a membership on Gym Nomad for a great price. Fresh is a relatively small gym, but has everything you need and great staff. I especially live that they had the skill mills which gets you working!

  Rob is absolutely the best fitness instructor I've ever had. He is extremely motivating and knowledgable. He is passionate about health and CARES. I have had a few other instructors there that have also been wonderful, however I feel that I connect the best with Rob. He understands my goals and knows exactly what to do for setting up a fitness plan. I have struggled to get a "routine"- kind of dabbling in and out of using different machines. But when I told Rob my goals and what I wanted (as my body is my career since I work as a model and work in the fashion industry), he told me specific exercises and actually showed me how to do them. The other instructors were OK- they showed me a few of the machines and stretches, but it felt like they were busy with being a personal trainer, short on time, etc. But Rob- Wow. He really made an effort to show me how to do machines, asked me questions, told me about WHY a certain exercise is beneficial, spent time with me, and really made me feel like I can start to build muscle and get toned. He complimented me in things I was doing correctly, and also showed me what I could do better. Thank you for hiring Rob- best decision a business could have made! Regards, Heidi

  Check carefully what you sign for when taking a trial! We paid € 260 in total for just some hours of workout. In finding a solution the only 'flexibility' offered was to sign a new 6-month contract, a € 390 upsell with a one month bonus. How generous...

  Een van de meest professionele sportscholen van Amsterdam. Goede, moderne apparatuur en zeer professionele begeleiding. Maar bovenal een open, vriendelijke en toegankelijke sfeer die motiveert om steeds weer te gaan! Ik begrijp wel waarom Fresh in 2017 alweer is uitgeroepen tot de beste sportschool van Amsterdam. Helemaal terecht wat mij betreft.
