    24/7 je gang kunnen gaan wanneer ik tijd en zin heb en zolang als ik wil vind ik een groot voordeel. Hierdoor heb je alle tijd om je weg te vinden en toestellen en de oefeningen te leren kennen. Tacuma heeft misschien het imago van hardcore bodybuilders maar ik heb ze nog niet gezien. Het is er rustig en door de grote oppervlakte is het nooit druk en kun je rustig je gang gaan. Er staan veel toestellen, de uitleg staat op het apparaat. Alles oogt keurig en schoon. Er lopen geen instructeurs rond maar de meeste sporters zijn bekend met de toestellen dus hulp en advies is dichtbij. Veel kijken ook ff op youtube welke oefeningen je allemaal kan doen. Er zijn geen douches, wel kleedkamers en lockers.
