::This f4f has a great selection of free weights, cables, barbells, benches and the like. The machines are mostly hit or miss with a third of them being great and most of them mediocre. The changes regarding covid 19 are very well done in this gym. A good amount of space between one another, a smooth booking system and emergency exits open for fresh air makes the experience potentially better than before. All these factors make me impressed and loyal to this gym in comparison to other f4f and basic fit locations. Great value for what u pay for.
