  The confirmation email was inaccurate—sent me to the old office. When I reached the new office (by walking), they told me the system is now offline since they ran half-days on Saturdays (untill 12pm only). But then the customer service staff took my documents for manual processing, and gave me a car upgrade! Dank je wel!

  Ik was enkele weken autoloos en heb een kleine C1 in de (herst)aanbieding voor 2 weken gehuurd via internet bij Europcar Alkmaar. Correct geholpen, ze hadden alleen geen C1 meer beschikbaar dus ik kreeg een prachtige Peugeot 308 SW mee voor dezelfde prijs. Ik bracht hem een paar dagen voor het einde van de huurperiode terug en kreeg ter plekke netjes geld terug voor de resterende periode. Top!
