  Extremely poor service yesterday. I speak Dutch but my English speaking friend was offered (after having to ask for service) shop soiled shoes off the display. The shop asssitant tried to argue that they were new despite soiling on the upper and on the sole. There was no sock offered to try on the shoe - we had to ask, so if you’re trying on shoes here beware of fugus. It was only after i stepped in and complained in Dutch, vociferously, that a new pair of shoes was produced from the stockroom. You are better off shopping at the Gelderlandplein branch which is less crowded and has more professional staff. Avoid.
